After a long journey from one Cuban city to the next, the hotel was very comfortable with a coffee maker and a large en-suite, although should be refurnished because the room looks old. The service was top-notch, with staff members personally accompanying guests to the local Travel Agency. The location is very close to the historic center of the beautiful town of Trinidad, bright, inviting, with a water fountain to soothe the mind. The dining experience offered a wide buffet spread and friendly staff, although with limited cooked to order options. The facilities were well-maintained, providing a pleasant stay overall.
